Our leadership team includes our CEO and Co-founder, Kanav, who led the team that built Doximity's flagship product, Dialer, prior to its 2021 IPO. Our Co-founder, Varun Verma MD, brings over a decade of experience in practice and an unparalleled breadth of knowledge about clinical and administrative operations in the healthcare industry. We've also assembled a Medical Advisory Board with physicians from across the country to help us quickly iterate on our product ideas and expand our reach.

His key contributions at Doximity included the Career Navigator and Doximity Dialer Voice. An NYU Stern MBA graduate with a focus on Finance and Tech, he has also invested in early-stage tech startups. Kanav merges his expertise in mobile product development with a deep understanding of physicians' needs, driving the platform's innovation and user-centric approach.

With her extensive background as a Certified Financial Planner and her dedication to making financial planning accessible, especially in underserved communities, Tanya is a key asset to our team. Her qualifications include a B.S. from the City University of New York, CFP certification from NYU, ChSNC certification from the American College, and she is currently advancing her knowledge with an Executive MBA from Kellogg-Northwestern.
