Your Andwise Account

User-Generated Content

Software in Our Services

When a Service includes downloadable software, it may update automatically on your device. You have a personal, non-exclusive license to use the software as part of the Services.

Business Uses of Our Services

If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms and will indemnify Andwise against any claims or proceedings related to the use of the Services.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

All claims, disputes, or controversies arising out of or in relation to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by an agreed-upon arbitration body, in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. The arbitration proceedings shall take place in Atlanta, Georgia, unless both parties agree to a different location. The decision by the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties.
